Sex Without Intercourse

I have a friend who gets yeast infections all the time. This past year she had yeast infections almost constantly. One of the many drawbacks for her was that it meant a year without penetration or intercourse. That kind of sex was just too painful. But she says that the year forced her to get creative. She was either going to go a year without sex, or she was going to figure out how to have phenomenal sex without penetration. Now that the yeast infections have cleared up she is back to having intercourse, but she says she wouldn’t have given up the year given all she’s learned, and all she’s tried.
