No Sex Toys for Mississippi
A federal appeals court has dismissed a lawsuit brought on by the owners of Romantic Adventures, a sex store in Rankin County, Mississippi.
The lawsuit was filed after two employees were charged with misdemeanors for selling sex toys.
Despite the fact that a federal court has found similar laws (in Alabama) unconstitutional, other states have prohibited the commercial sale of sex toys, essentially arguing that citizens right to privacy does not extend to the right to buy sex toys. Thank goodness for sex toy mail order companies who make it a bit less likely you'll get busted for buying that seditious Pocket Rocket.
