Cruelty to Animals or PETA Stunt?

Sometime in the future, when animals rule the planet, dogs are going to make an appearance at the U.N. to justify going to war with humans. I believe that this costume seen at the right will be exhibit A. Sure they’ll talk about having to eat the same food every day for their entire lives, the indignities of the “buster collar” and, of course, the neutering. But if any of the elephants or chickens or pigs balk at the need to completely enslave the human race all Secretary of Defense Rover will do is flash the “Sexy Schoolgirl Dog Costume” on the big screen and the room will fill with a silent consent.

At least that’s how I imagine it. I also considered the possibility that these costumes are a PETA action. They produced hundreds of thousands of costumes embedded with remote control devices and at 8pm on October 31st dogs across America will begin engaging in animal rights protests, dressed as schoolgirls. Wouldn't that be so PETA?
