Good News for Sex Toys in Texas

There's a ray of hope in the usually gloomy forecast for sex toy users in the South. Adult Video News reports:
Prominent First Amendment attorney H. Louis Sirkin won a stunning victory yesterday when a three-judge panel of the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a Texas statute making it illegal to promote or sell sexual devices, and remanded the case for reconsideration in concert with its ruling.
The coverage is lengthy and difficult to follow, but I think the take home message is that Texans may be taking home more sex toys and less fear in the future.

Oh thank goodness! Hopefully the days of the rock-jawed stoic cowboy are over and we can move into the era of the relaxed, laid back, “hey you wanna see my anal beads” cowboy.

Well I think that it should be O.K. for them to sell Sexuail Goods it will make them Money!
So why is there any Probleme? I do not understand it at ALL?
The loss of these laws that restrict sex toys is definitely a good thing. However, we must never forget that we live in a country where we must sleep in the bed that we make. That means that as long as the only the more extreme right or left turn out to vote and push laws through and the rest of us don’t fight it, the laws will always get passed. If enough people in Texas wanted these laws repealed then I’ll bet they could do it.
Can’t believe it was a law in the first place!
