Definition:

Penis pumps is a term that is used to describe a wide range of products, that actual include penis pumps, vacuum erection devices, which are also called vacuum pumps, and pumps that are designed for the clitoris or other parts of the body.

The basic idea behind a penis pump is that it goes over the penis and draws blood into the penis, thus giving a man an erection.

Vacuum pumps, also called vacuum erection devices, work essentially the same way, but they have been clinically tested, tend to be better made, and usually have a safety valve to ensure that there is not too much pressure in the chamber, which reduces the chances of harm during use.
