Lexapro:
Escitalopram, trade name Lexapro, is commonly prescribed for treatment of depression and anxiety disorders . It is considered a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) and has several negative sexual side effects.
Sexual Side Effects May Include:

For men:

  • Inability to ejaculate
  • Decreased libido
  • Erectile dysfunction

For women:

  • Decreased libido
  • Anorgasmia
