Don’t Try (or Pretend) to Have All the Answers

By Cory Silverberg, About.com

Sexuality is such a big topic, it involves our bodies, minds, spirits, society, and more. There is no way you will ever have answers to all your children's questions. When you don't, it can be a great opportunity to teach your child that no one has all the answers (and that you are human like the rest of us). It also becomes an opportunity for you to help your kids of a certain age to learn where to find their own answers. Maybe it's a trip to the library, or a visit to a website with your child. If it is a website make sure it is a credible one that you have previously visited on your own.
