The Feel or Environment of the Store or Site
The store is on two levels. While it seems that every square inch is crowded with stuff, it does not feel claustrophobic or cluttered. Clothing is nicely displayed, some of it on mannequins.
Staff/Customer Service
The staff are very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable about their products.they are not judgmental at all, and you get the feeling you can ask them about anything they sell and they will not blink an eye at the question. - They are a very open-minded lot.
My Review
If your orientation is primarily "vanilla", the shop and a lot of its products can be intimidating. BUT if you are looking for a more specialized sex-oriented item you just may find it here. There is a lot of sub-culture oriented materials (starting with masks and wrist restraints thru body bags, bondage tape, floggers and riding crops; collars; etc)that can be scary. The selection of clothing is pretty wide, mainly focusing on the fetish side of things. The staff is approachable and if you can work up the nerve to ask your questions or for help you will find them willing to answer your questions or to help you as needed.
