Practicing Safer International Phone Sex Dialing

I was walking around DC the other day, just outside a high school in fact, when I looked down on the ground and saw this cardboard backing for a phone card that someone had thrown on the ground. I was near a school so at first I thought it might be some kind of safer sex information card. Instead it’s just a poorly named phone card.

One thought I had was that it might be a bad translation. Or maybe everyone working in the marketing department at “STI Prepaid LLC” only received abstinence-only education in school. However they ended up advertising a risky sex branded phone card, at least the company advertises that it has “some of The Lowest International Rates”.
