The partner doing the penetrating can also vary the position by lifting his leg up or entwining it with his partners' legs. This gives them more ways to move their hips and they can pull their partner's hips back a little so they are both angled slightly. Here again B, the partner being penetrated, is pressing himself against the bed for support.
